Privacy Policy

Last updated: 22 August 2026 · Applies to the BrainBoost Android app (package com.fadi.brainboost) and this website.

In short: BrainBoost has no accounts and collects no personal information. Your game progress stays on your phone. The only data that leaves the device is an anonymous installation id used to check for app updates and to validate activation codes.

1. Who we are

BrainBoost is published by Click Solutions Pro. Contact: support@clicksolutionspro.com.

2. Information stored on your device only

• Your level progress, stars, streaks and daily scores (correct / wrong answers).
• Your settings (sound, vibration, text size).
• Your unlock status (Google Play purchase or activation code, the date and app version at the time).

This information is kept in the app’s private storage. It is deleted when you uninstall the app, or when you use Settings → Reset progress. We cannot see it.

3. Information sent to our servers

We use Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) for two small features:

• Update check. When the app starts it reads the latest published version number so it can tell you when an update is available. Nothing about you is sent for this.
• Activation codes. If you type an activation code, the app sends the code, the app version and a random installation id (a random string created on first launch — it is not linked to your name, e-mail, phone number or Google account) so we can mark the code as used and prevent it from being reused on another phone.

We do not collect your name, e-mail address, contacts, location, photos, advertising id or device identifiers.

4. Purchases

Purchases are processed by Google Play. We receive only a confirmation that the purchase succeeded; we never see your payment details. Google’s handling of your payment is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.

5. Analytics and advertising

BrainBoost contains no advertising and no analytics or tracking SDKs.

6. Children

BrainBoost is designed for adults. It does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

7. Data retention and deletion

Activation records (code, date, app version, installation id) are kept so that codes cannot be reused. Because an installation id cannot be linked to a person, there is nothing personal to delete; if you would nevertheless like a record removed, e-mail us with the code you used and we will delete it.

8. Security

Data in Firebase is protected by Google’s infrastructure and by access rules that let the app read only what it needs. The admin area of this site is restricted to the publisher.

9. Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date above and, for material changes, mention it in the app’s update notes.
