1. What BrainBoost is
BrainBoost is an entertainment app offering memory, puzzle, logic and attention games. By installing or using it you agree to these terms.
2. Health disclaimer
BrainBoost is a game, not a medical product. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, including memory loss, cognitive decline or dementia. We make no claims about medical or cognitive benefits. Scores inside the app are for your own motivation only and are not a measure of health. If you have concerns about your memory or thinking, please talk to a doctor.
3. Free levels and purchase
- Levels 1–10, practice mode and the daily challenge are free.
- All further levels are unlocked by a single one-time purchase through Google Play, or by an activation code issued by us.
- The purchase is tied to your Google account; use Restore purchase on a new phone. Refunds are handled according to Google Play’s refund policy.
- Activation codes are personal: each code can be used on one phone unless we state otherwise. Codes that are resold, published or shared may be disabled.
4. Fair use
You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app, nor attempt to bypass the unlock mechanism or generate activation codes.
5. Availability and changes
We may update, change or discontinue features of the app or this website at any time. We try to keep the app working on current Android versions but cannot guarantee compatibility with every device.
6. Limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Click Solutions Pro is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
