5. Third-Party Services

WiFi Monitor Plus uses the following third-party services:

• Google Firebase / Firestore: For data storage. Subject to Google's Terms of Service.
• ipify.org: For public IP address lookup. This is a free, anonymous service.
• react-native-wifi-reborn: An open-source library for WiFi data access on Android.

6. Battery & Device Impact

Running background monitoring services may affect your device's battery life. WiFi Monitor Plus is designed to minimize battery impact by scanning at 5-minute intervals, but results may vary depending on your device and settings.

7. Network Security

WiFi Monitor Plus displays information about your local network and nearby WiFi networks. This information is stored in your personal Firebase project. You are responsible for securing access to your Firebase project and web dashboard.
