Common Questions

Does the customer need to create an account?

No. The customer only needs to install the app and enter the 6-digit code you provide. No registration, no login, no personal information collected from the end user.

Does it work on iOS / iPhone?

Currently WiFi Log Collector Pro is Android-only. Apple's iOS restrictions prevent apps from accessing the low-level WiFi diagnostic data required for full event logging. An iOS-compatible version is under investigation for future development.

How is the session code shared with the customer?

The agent enters the customer's phone number in the dashboard and generates the code. It can be shared via WhatsApp message (one click), SMS, or simply read over the phone. The code is valid for 7 days.

Is there a minimum contract length?

No. All plans are billed monthly with no minimum term. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your account settings.

Can we use this for enterprise network monitoring?

Yes. The Enterprise plan supports unlimited agents, dedicated Firebase infrastructure, API access and custom integration. Contact us to discuss your specific architecture requirements.
