1. Description of Service

Click Solutions Pro provides the WiFi Log Collector Pro Android app and the Agent Dashboard as professional tools for WiFi network analysis, troubleshooting, and reporting. The platform consists of two dedicated workflows:

• Remote Diagnostics — for ISP support centers and NOC teams to monitor customer WiFi in real time via a 6-digit session code.
• On-Site Diagnostics — for field technicians to perform deep-packet analysis, channel scanning, and generate automated PDF reports on-site.

The service is intended for ISP support centers, IT professionals, and field technicians. It is not a consumer product.

2. Use License

Subject to these terms, we grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the platform for professional diagnostic purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the APK.
• Use the platform for unauthorized network surveillance or "wardriving".
• Share or distribute 6-digit session codes outside of an authorized support workflow.
• Bypass any technical limitations or access controls in the Dashboard.
• Use the app to collect data from any device without the explicit consent of the device owner.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "AS IS". Click Solutions Pro does not warrant that the diagnostic data will be 100% accurate at all times, as WiFi performance depends on environmental factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for any network repairs, hardware changes, or business decisions made based on the data provided by the platform.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Click Solutions Pro be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the platform, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.

5. Subscription Terms

We offer two subscription plans:

• Remote WiFi Diagnostics — $49/month, for support centers. Includes unlimited remote guest sessions.
• On-Site WiFi Diagnostics — $19/month, for field technicians. Device-locked professional license with a free 5-scan trial available.

Payments are processed via PayPal or secure credit card gateways. Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled by the user before the renewal date. New accounts are covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee.

6. Session Code Policy

Session codes are generated by authorized agents through the Dashboard and are valid for 7 days. Each code grants a single authorized agent access to the diagnostic data of the device that entered it. Session codes must not be shared publicly or used outside of a legitimate technical support context.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Greece and, where applicable, the regulations of the European Union. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.
